Pavan TP-10

These Spanish made nylon string classical guitars are an excellent choice for the beginner to intermediate player. The Pavan TP-10 sounds very good and has an excellent playing action. The TP-10 is a good travel guitar for accomplished classical guitarists who don't want to risk traveling with an expensive concert instrument but want an enjoyable guitar to play.

If you are looking for a nice sounding inexpensive classical electric guitar the Pavan TP-10 works great with an under the saddle transducer pickup. My current favorites for under the saddle pickups are made by b-band and also the L.R. Baggs Element — especially designed for classical guitars. I can install an under the saddle classical guitar pickup on any of the Pavan models.

The Pavan TP-10 has a solid cedar top, laminated sapelli sides and back, East Indian rosewood fingerboard, 650mm string scale and a 52mm nut.

These are the only Spanish classical guitars I carry that have laminated sides and backs. I do not offer nylon string classical guitars with laminated rosewood sides and backs because I don't think they are worth the extra money. A laminated rosewood guitar is not going to sound any better than a laminated guitar of sappeli, mahogany or other suitable wood.
