Guitar Pickup

I have experimented with a number of different classical guitar pickups. After years of trying different pickup systems I have come to the conclusion that simpler is better. I use the L.R. Baggs Element under the saddle pickup.

The L.R. Baggs Element
The classical guitar pickup L.R. Baggs Element Active Undersaddle Transducer System was developed specifically for nylon string guitars. A small preamp is built into the end-pin jack and the EQ of the preamp is set to enhance the tonal range of the classical guitar. There is also a small volume control which conveniently fastens on the underside of the edge of the soundhole.

You run your guitar cord to your amplifier, adjust any settings, and you are set.

I can install the Baggs Element in any of the Pavan guitars or you can order one of these classical guitar pickups and have it done locally.
